Read Barrons each week without fail. It is always a fun read. Japanese government seems to think the people will hurt less if they drain the life blood out of the economy over a long long period of time as opposed to shoku over a 24 months period. Of course they could be right if they know something we do not, like the true extent of the banking, insurance crisis and such. In such an atmosphere, it is just as well that 9984 is not incubating a lot of locally grown i.net, e.com, but simply doing the "time machine" routine. In the melt down (13000?), 9984 could take round trip all the way back to my original purchase price, or even below. As I observed once about Thai stocks, "there is always another 90% downside unless the company totally disappears".
