Mike,

As you know the vote to merge Ancor and Qlogic is to take place on Tuesday, 1 August. I've heard through through the grapevine that they hope to have the merger completed 24 hours later. My question to you is, can we expect any short term hiccups either up or down due to technicals like mutual funds having to lighten up or maybe the QQQ having to add more Qlogic to keep it in balance(the market cap will go up substantially after the merger is completed, assuming the stock doesn't take a 20% hit)? Thanks.

Craig
