Gary.....well, at least they have the necessary funds to stay afloat and eventually expand, "it has closed the first installment of a $3.5 million private placement with two institutional investors. The Company issued 1,142,860 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase additional shares to the investors for $2.0 million." this stock has been beaten to a pulp...looks oversold imo; regards, neil
