Hi Jack:

On the other hand, I feel that this stock is just about as oversold as it gets.

I certainly hope not. I have followed this stock for quite some time now and am still disappointed by the lack of commentary by Bergeron. He indicated a more open dialogue with investors/analysts and this has certainly not been evident throughout the last fiscal year.

I have repurchased a small portion of my orginal holdings at $8.80; the next "support price", and I use that term loosely, is in the mid $6.00 range. I don't think we've seen those levels since the 1980's.

I continue to believe that this company will rebound after the integration issues have been resolved.

The analysts are "dazed and confused" and so have decided to go with the herd mentality and downgrade this stock...I don't blame them. However, from a longer term perspective I genuinely believe that the profit levels will begin creeping up as well as the share price.

I'm hoping to see the $6.00 level in order to purchase more.
