And finally, to position the company to be cash flow positive by 2002 ANTs is currently in the late stages of a convertible debt financing round that the Company expects to close shortly. The proceeds will be used primarily in advancing the Company's technology toward commercial availability. ANTs anticipates that its present cash resources and this round of financing will sustain operations into the fourth quarter of this calendar year.
