Luczo was smart to hold the vote so long after the announcement. By the time of the vote only the arbs and people accepting of the deal will be shareholders. The original shareholders not wanting to hold the Veritas nuclear waste and get screwed on the balance will be long gone. Did anyone get an acceptable response (or any at all) to our pleas to the SEC to investigate this larceny? -Z
