...on the .5 micron microFLASH... we are giving what other people can give today in more-or-less .18 or .2 micron. Because of the advantage of the architecture, we can get the memory cell or area per a bit of information to be as small as what other people can achieve at about .2 micron.... Dr. Yoav Nissan-Cohen, Co-CEO, Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (Comment stated in the most recent Quarterly Conference Call regarding the relatively 'high density architecture' of microFLASH.
