Digital Outcry Selects InfoCast to Manage Mission Critical Hosting Services; Oil Trading Website Will be Powered by e-Enabling ASP

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 2000--InfoCast Corporation (OTC BB:IFCC), an e-enabling application service provider (ASP), today announced that Digital Outcry Incorporated, an Internet-based trading solutions provider for the Canadian crude oil marketplace, has agreed to use InfoCast as the hosting engine to run its new online trading exchange. Digital Outcry will receive hosting and database management services through InfoCast's powerful network of Sun Microsystems servers.

As a result of this agreement, Digital Outcry's online trading exchange will operate on a secure, reliable and robust hosting system. This Sun Microsystems certified "Elite" network allows Digital Outcry and their customers to access mission critical data efficiently and effectively.

Digital Outcry provides Internet-based trading solutions for Canadian crude oil markets. The company's core service is an online trading exchange that provides a transparent and dynamic platform to determine the pricing levels of crude oil.
