It sort of implies that current customers will buy this product. I see their are licensing this spectrum here in Australia now. Airspan is competing in this market. It's got a slower data rate, but covers much bigger radius and has less line of site issues. Maybe a tower can be put in place to cover a variety of spectrums and this will make roll out faster? Certainly seems like the choice for serving the masses, versus the higher end spectrum which has faster data rates, but more costly premise equipment.

Just my thoughts. I'm not an expert.
