".....There is however no doubt that there is a substantial need for the product..." There is SUBSTANTIAL DOUBT that there is a need for this service.....The proof is in the pudding....The U.S. which is the richest nation on earth is not buying....nor is anyone in need of telephony jumping to get this product... The ramp-up in MOU's was slower in the 2nd quarter than in the first quarter.....
