There was a piece in Saturday's Globe about Wallbridge but can't find it. They have ground adjacent to Inco's Totten property and discovery. The following from CSW may help.

On July 14, 2000, Wallbridge Mining filed a prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission to qualify securities relating to an offering of common shares and flow-through common shares to raise $12-million and to qualify securities relative to certain 1999 private placements of special warrants which raised $2.55-million. On July 17, 2000, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a receipt to the company for the prospectus.
On July 24, 2000, the special warrants were exchanged for 2.5 million common shares and 1,275,000 warrants exercisable into 1,275,000 common shares until 5 p.m. ET, July 26, 2001, at $1.50 per share.
On July 25, 2000, the company completed the offering of 5,826,441 common shares at $1.50 per share and 1,917,846 flow-through common shares at $1.70 per share, successfully raising $12-million.
Additionally, the company's common shares were listed today on the Toronto Stock Exchange and commenced trading at 9:30 a.m. under the stock symbol, WM.
