I will swap a single IP for SpinCo's CDMA IP, and I will swap the others with Qualcomm's, regardless to whether Qualcomm makes any ASIC or not. No you won't because Qualcomm won't swap. License only. Qualcomm doesn't want your GSM IPR. only Spinco might. You can't make Qualcommm swap for something they don't want.
