Dear SI Admin (Bob): WOW, I am impressed. The filter didnt do all of that, and I thought those "performance" chips were detrimental to gas mileage. The increased turbo boost is always a very good thing for diesels. In addition to providing some extra push, they promote better combustion on diesel engines. In fact, the old VW diesels got better mileage with the Turbocharger option (not to mention more performance as well).
