They worry about it going lower, so they sit idle. I buy, and if it goes lower I buy some more. Nobody (at least not me) can pick bottoms consistently. We all know the story here. It's not like we are never going higher. On the next updraft I begin selling at about the time others start buying again. I've been doing quite well being "contrary".
