The stock is still undervalued and still has the E until the SEC removes it. Now that the co has filed this should only be a matter of a few days. Perhaps now is the opportunity that arises only occasionally?

I know you have looked at this one Jim. Can you tell me what you think of their numbers from the filing, if you get a chance.
