Can't wait to see the fluff piece on Cree tonight. I listened to the conf. call replay on Sun. I was very impressed. RF revs. to ramp up to 10% of revs. (around $20 mil. for the year) New products out of Nitres (Cree lighting) within 6 months. New RF products coming, higher wattage transistors.

I think that Nitres principals have been putting pressure on the stock lately, along with the tech wreck. I see Mr Market valueing Cree at 40 times next years revenues of around $190 mil, with 35 mil. shares outstanding. Works out to around $217 a share.

Is anyone else a little disappointed Cree didn't announce a stock split. If not now when? Clearly the directors are focused on the long term, to their credit. But, with the miniscule float, I think it would get rid of a lot of the volatility and get that monkey off it's back. A lot of idiots I talk to think of Cree as only a great trading vehicle, but too volatile for a long term hold. I can see no argument at all for not splitting. Oh well, Cree - keep up the good work.
