Phil,

How do you see this proposed merger playing out? <this deal is turning very rotten>. Could the deal be repriced? I sold all my CFMT @ 13 1/4, but am still in MTSN and considering purchasing more. I haven't the foggiest notion of what could happen here, so I'm very hesitant to make a move.
