reBehind closed doors I love it. However, OTOH I became very bearish this weekend, short term. So I have just: Sold Nite (worth twice what it's going for but never gets there) at a loss. Sold Exap (p/e too high) at a loss Sold ASWX (ditto) at a loss Bought puts and sold cov calls on JDSU Bought puts and sold cov calls on GMST Bought puts and sold cov calls on CSCO All the cov calls are for Aug and all the puts are for Sept to give them a little more time to make me money. Left Qcom and Qcom leaps alone. The people I socialize with who are not in the stock market and who are in retail businesses tell me business is beginning to slow and the effects of all those interest raises WILL be felt. Eventually. Anyway Aug usually is weak and with earnings out of the way there is no reason for anyone to pay up for stocks. Heck, they didn't even pay up when earnings were great (have a loss on SSTI but am keeping it longer term). Good luck to all. We need it! Freeus
