RE: Win95 looses CD-ROM access -- Simply copy the Win95 <dir> to your hdd before you upgrade. W95 can be very silly with that kind of stuff. We you have the new board in, start in Safe Mode and remove as much components from the Device Manager Table as possible. On the next boot, W95 starts setting up all components new with their fresh and correct values. Have fun - PMG
