Under the category of FWIW, I had a phone conversation with an individual who is very close to a major shareholder in HMSK. The following was told to me but I have no verifiable information:
1. the decline in the HMSK price was exacerbated by the very heavy margin selling of the insiders who suffered substantial losses (as insiders, wouldn't this have had to been reported to the SEC?).
2. a buyout is imminent (no names or prices mentioned although $8-$10 seems appropriate)
If a buyout is in the works (and it is a major 'if'), the ability and willingness of HMSK management to conclude such a deal is always suspect.
Again, I emphasize, this is all hearsay.
