tg, In fairness to CSCO, NT paid the 52 week high for ATON which had just run up over 200% in 2 months, 40% since acquisition rumors were started 3.5 weeks ago. The price also represents a 20% premium over the pre Nasdaq slide high. This was no bargain and the ATON executives knew it. tp
