Nasdaq...

The move to the Nasdaq has been approved. When it was announced the company said the move could be made fairly quickly, however there are several issues to be resolved before trading begins on the Nasdaq. DLK needs to decide on a new symbol for Nasdaq trading, and there are standard "bookkeeping" issues for any stock moving from one exchange to another.

A definite date of trading on the Nasdaq has not been announced, but could be announced at any time.
