am i missing something? has anyone seen a formal announcement about the hiring of Spivey as ceo for LUMN? are they just going to let that opportunity completely pass? i wouldn't think that would be an issue as far as the sec is concerned... could be wrong, the attorneys could be telling them it could be construed as trying to pump the ipo.
