John,

Apparently Intel is not satisfied with their zero presence in the retail market at 1GHz, and now plan on adding zero presence of 1.1GHz systems.

According to Tom, it may be a good thing that the 1.1GHz chips don't actually exist, because apparently they don't work either.

What is going on with Intel's management? They are behaving like a bunch of rank amateurs.

Ummm.. Scumbria, I don't mean to sound rude, because for the most part, your posts seem to be relatively unbiased, but may I ask you a question about your "apparently they don't work either.?

WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???

Sheesh... These 4 OTHER sites ALL had NO ISSUE running their 1.13GHZ Chips:

sharkyextreme.com
anandtech.com
gamersdepot.com
planethardware.com

But of course, if Tom's Hardware Guide can't get HIS running, than there MUST be a problem with the chip.

Can't possibly be that there's something wrong with his set-up? Ya think.....? Hummmmmm....???

But of course, I'm sure that you had NO INTENTION of saying that just to bait anyone here into a flame war.

Good thing I have Facts instead of Speculation.

You're welcome.

:-)
