I had a discussion with Bill Burton today and focused mainly on Mongolia prospects and what might happen in Indonesia.

IPJ Mongolia:
RE: How many teams? When were they deployed?
BB: 3, they were deployed one week ago.

RE: Will they be performing surface prospecting?
BB: Surface sampling, trenching, chip samples and geophysics. An excavator is planned to follow the surface sampling.

RE: When will you drill?
BB: After surface targets are delineated we expect to drill 2 targets starting in July. IPJ will be concentrating around the previous work done by the Russians.

JVAG Mongolia:
BB: Java Gold also has three teams, they are doing much the same as IPJ and will delineate two drill targets for July drilling.

RE: Interesting that MGR is about to start up production. Will IPJ or JVAG be starting up production in the near future?
BB: We will be setting up an aluvial process on dry terraces for JVAG interests this year. This uses water from the essentially dry riverbed. We do have water there and will reuse the same water to create a placer operation. Our costs will likely be in the US$100 range, much below MGR costs.
RE: I understand that MGR is stating costs of US$121.
BB: That remains to be seen.
RE: Where is the gold coming from in the alluvials, will you search out the source?
BB: The gold is coming from quartz veinlets. At this site we will concentrate on the placer alluvials only.

Indonesia:
RE: What is happening in Indonesia?
BB: Money is completely drying up for Indo jrs for obvious reasons. We cannot do any drilling for at least 6 months.

RE: With the Indo govt having trashed the mining sector with their Bre-X activities, wouldn't it be reasonable to expect that the Indo's would now work fast to get the seventh generation CoW's issued? What information do you have on the issuance of the 7th generation CoW's?
BB: We have heard all kinds of rumours. Concensus seems to be that we could see the CoWs signed early but not before August. This is what we hear through unofficial channels.

RE: What will you do in Indonesia in the meantime?
BB: We are concentrating on Central Kalimantan. We still have crews working there and will continue with our airborne program.

News Releases:
RE: It would be better to have a number of smaller releases than just as few releases per year. Example, MGR which is keeping their investors informed approx bi-monthly. Will IPJ/JVAG be willing to make more releases so that investors are better informed?
BB: IPJ - TSE wants releases to be substantive. JVAG - OTC can make more frequent releases and probably we will do this.
