You obviously have no idea what Kana does, from your statement above. Kana is a software company in a high-growth area (eCRM) whose key challenge is the integration of several acquisitions it made. If it can do that well, the company should certainly be well positioned to become an industry giant. Of course, pre-announcing earnings to analysts isn't a way to please investors (probably why it is taking a beating.)

Just wanted to set the record straight.
