No, that's never the case. We came to an agreement and since I felt the suspension had served its purpose and wasn't going to serve any purpose any longer, I removed it. Like the quote in the WSJ article about me said "The idea isn't to punish any misdeed. The idea is to ensure the present and future conduct on the site is civil and within the site's guidelines."
