The argument is about which telematics approach serves the needs of 70% of the world's mobile subscribers. The argument could also be in which markets telematics will really take off first. I would say that markets with good road coverage are the best bet.

Just for the hell of it, I drove last month from Century City to Malibu Beach with a borrowed Sprint phone. So don't try to pull a fast one over a dim Finnish friend about the quality of the US coverage. I'm on to you.
