A post I made at Yahoo! and RagingBull that I am posting here since one of the members of TeamTrash (Kdoel_s/IFLY_Trader) has posted his garbage to Silicon Investor.

As much as the stock action since January of 1999 has been painful for IFLY longs, have solace in the fact that so many others holding online travel stocks that they too thought could catch a nice profitable chunk of this growing industry have also felt the pain of a depressed stock price.

For those sticking it out and holding for strength I wish *us* all better times for our industry. Ridiculous to see where CTIX for example trades at. If it was in a different industry sector there is no telling how high that stock would be.

But how has CTIX fared over the past year compared to a similar investment in IFLY?

How about EXPE -- Expedia is after all one of the industry leaders

Then of course there is Travelocity TVLY, they ARE industry leader. Kind of a draw

And you all have seen LeisurePlanet (LPHL)http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=lphl&d=1y&c=ifly

Look at the chart! And to think Kdoel_s has any nerve to call investors in this company dumb logs. For someone who has just lost 7 figures in LPHL I guess the agitation must run high!

There are even more to talk about

GetThere.com (GTHR) vs. IFLY? You guessed it
finance.yahoo.com

AFFT chart does not allow a comparison to IFLY (as AFFT has fallen to what pinks then OTCBB)

How about Galileo? They bought Trip.com and are also one of the largest CRS's P/E there is only 9

OK, one more. This time Sabre vs. IFLY

The point: This stock has been an utter frustration. But it has held its own against others in an industry that has been whipped without cause IMO by analysts who run in fear of Orbitz, Hotwire and other airline ventures. Even the proponents of Orbitz say what they *HOPE* to get is 2% of the online travel market and that may be a stretch.

Just remember those charts next time team trash of Kdoel_s/IFLY_Trader/Stan/BookemDeano starts to crack wise about IFLY and their "deathwatch" Bear markets suck. Our stock is in an industry that is in one. No reason anyone shouldn't sell (hard to say when this e-travel stock plunge will end) but IFLY has scrapped and scraped to pull itself to being in a position where it is a player in the industry. The recent press coverage is just one example of that. And that says alot for a tiny $12 million Florida microcap. Certainly the accomplishments this leading travel services provider has made is more than any real life accomplishment the goons of Team Trash will have made cumulatively (other than plenty of sarcastic sneering posts).

OK, off my soap box.

ta ta for now!
