MANAGEMENT PLANS Management has evaluated the Company's current financial position and its available resources and plans to raise additional funds through the issuance of convertible debt and equity securities during calendar 2000 and thereafter. Should the Company be unsuccessful in raising additional funds, it is unlikely that the Company will continue operations beyond April 30, 2001.
