Greg, Ben : Early in July I was concerned about the share price and was given this response by George DeCrisoforo from the Toronto office of CFGL. " Shares are in the basement, no concern, the next few quarters should show positive earnings which should help the stock."
Subsequently they were dropped by Timber Products- at least that is my impression, they called it mutual so CFGL would not look so bad. Given the current price action, I would not be surprised to hear something else has gone wrong. I would be a buyer of shares but I don't know what is going on and don't believe we would be told anyways.
By the way, according to the notice of annual general meeting, DeCristoforo owns 17,500 shares, .000471 percent of the outstanding shares. 3 more days like today and his shares will also be worth ZIP!
