So you do use the serial transfer cord to download? How much time does that take to clear the 48 mb CF card? I used to use the serial cord, and was just transferring a handful of photos at a time. Of course, that took too long. Using a SanDisk Imagemate now, and it is much better. Anyone that uses CF cards should have a USB reader! Last but not least...I'll BUY one of those archival CDs!!! You couldn't afford it, because the price would need to cover all the hospital bills that I would incur once my gf found out. Much cheaper to buy a magazine...;) (My apologies to Betty Smallfelt for dragging the thread into x-rated territory.)
