Don- This is how it was explained to me: HealthAxis only sold the site and it's contents to Digital. Once they close the deal in August, the site will be re-named Digital Insurance.Com The healthaxis.com link will then bring us to the HealthAxis ASP site, which is currently residing at insurdata.com After the reverse merger is completed, the name of the corporate entity will be HealthAxis Inc. (They will drop the .com from the name but, for obvious reasons, they can't drop it from the url)
