If you listened to Rather et al, you'd think it was nothing but a phony infomercial. The networks do a disservice by only showing a speech or two a night. There have been some great speakers so far, talking about very constructive things. I liked the story about the experimental school in Detroit that JC Watts talked about. Right now they're talking about an after school program that Condoleeza Rice is involved with. Rather and his cronies probably think this is dangerous stuff...
