I do think it is a bit late to be calling the sector charts precariously poised. I think they were so poised early last week. Most are now notoriously violated.

RLC is interesting. Still not violated. (At least it has a 4-touch trendline that is still intact.) Never thought of it as a leading indicator. I remember Feb and the beginning of June when it died, I do not think the market followed suit, but it may well in the past have been a good LI.
