I would think investing in a company that sells stock in order to pay operational expenses could be placed in the "high risk" category, IMHO. Money would be better spent going to Vegas for long weekend. At least they will kiss you before they boff you.

I love the guys here in Texas who will not play the lottery when it is at the minimum of only $4Million!!! I assume that the payoff would upset their long term tax plan and better to wait for much larger payoff with much longer odds.

Is this a great country or what??
