For history's sake, dude,secondary was done already.

I count it as in the realm of simple new stock offerings and if the mgmt has at least one head above the shoulders eying the shareholders, it won't be seen this year or until next year's brilliant release of Q3 earnings.

Like VRTA did, it can raise some 250 million with little dilution (less than 5%).

But you are correct in pointing out whether, the mgmt has such brilliance or whether they just showed it by dumping their holdings at these levels.
