Dear Eric: Yes, that is much clearer. So, as you indicate, NTAP builds a "bare bones system" with limited memory relying on Software to handle the speed whereas EMC builds a "Robust system" with lots of memory and software to handle the speed!! (gg) Eric, I am just pulling your leg, dont get angry now. Bye the way, it isnt EMC you gotta worry about, its CPQ who BOLDLY, I thought, said they are going to drive NTAP out of their market position or similar words. JDN
