OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 2000--ACI Worldwide
(Nasdaq:TSAI) with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BBVA) and
Telefonica Moviles SA of Spain, announces that BBVA and Telefonica
Moviles will power their recently formed joint venture known as MovilPago
with ACI's enterprise mobile payments solution. MovilPago is an innovative
payment system that allows consumers to effect m-payments via the Global
System for Mobile Communications (GSM) or other mobile communications
systems. ACI has been selected as the exclusive provider of m-payments
solutions to the joint venture. MovilPago plans to deploy the system in 30
countries worldwide within two years, with an anticipated 100 million
consumers using the system and 5 million merchants accepting payments.

MovilPago is expected to have a huge impact on the way all consumers make
m-payments of both low and high value. MovilPago aims to become a common
medium for everyday consumer e-payments--particularly smaller value
transactions in traditional, Internet and m-commerce environments. Organizers
believe the system will appeal immediately to innovative consumers and
particularly to younger segments of the market, and that it will gain universal
acceptance very rapidly.

"The unique feature of the MovilPago system is that payments can be made
from any existing GSM or other digital handset, with no modification required
to the handset or SIM card. The system is open to all GSM or other digital
operators and to all financial institutions," said Mario Cantero Brandes, CEO of
MovilPago. "The ACI solution we've selected to power the system provides us
with a high speed, high reliability m-payments platform that can scale to support
the transaction volumes we anticipate and can adapt to increasing value-added
transaction types."

The m-payments solution licensed by MovilPago is based on ACI's
BASE24(R) application to route and authorize m-payment transactions.
BASE24 provides a proven, fault-tolerant m-payments processing
environment. With BASE24 forming the core of the processing operation,
MovilPago also will implement ACI's GENcard(R) account management
application, i24(TM) Internet Banking application, e24(TM) e-commerce
application, PRISM(R) predictive fraud risk management system and
ENGUARD(R) enterprise systems management tool.

"As the banking and communications industries converge, ACI is helping the
mobile telecommunications industry leverage existing m-payment infrastructures
to provide innovative new services," said Doug Parr, managing director of ACI
Worldwide's EMEA operation. "Our solution provides MovilPago with a
secure, scalable and reliable way to meet the growing needs of its mobile
customers. It will be delivered by ACI's newly-formed m-commerce group,
whose creation is indicative of ACI's intention and commitment to be a major
player in this exploding market."

ACI's e24 product suite includes technology licensed from Digital Courier
Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCTI), an e-commerce fraud and risk
management processing solutions provider. PRISM includes patented
technology provided by Nestor, Inc. (OTC: NEST).
