Alan:

I have a few of the same questions you do. These news releases have holes in them big enough to drive a truck through. The prior news release states the company has signed an agreement to get UP TO a 52.5% interest in the property by "funding the exploration program". How much do they have to spend to gain the interest? By when? The terms of this agreement are nonexistent and not for us shareholders I guess. The company has not even started serious exploration and they already barely have a half interest in the property now.

They tell us about these wonderful 200 samples every press release that they have had for over a month now and we still do not know what they are. We now have a range of 1.4-1600+ grams/ tonne for rock samples. That is alot but once again no specifics on the samples and proximity/relationships of them on the properties. I own another $2 stock that announced rock samples in excess of 2000 grams/ton--it is still in the $2 range.

I distinctly remember there being equipment "enroute" several weeks ago and now it is going to be months before a team and before surface mapping and trenching starts.

By the way the company will be issueing an undisclosed amount of shares for a private placement so we really do not know what our shares will be worth when that happens. There is between 9-10 million shares issued but that is not likely to last long with the placement coming.

There are some positive prospects here (I think) and some big potential but blind faith is not fair to ask of shareholders. The news releases and the terms thereof leave something to be desired. I hope things in the IR dept get a bit better and we are informed of what is really happening over there because I think it has the appearance of being huge but then again...I only have what has been released to speculate on.
