I expect it to trade near $100 at the beginning of FY98, when AMAT guidance and analyst predictions are for $4.00+ EPS. A PE of 25 is not too much for a company that has grown 30% compounded and is starting the second year of a major recovery.

CAVEAT: Expectations are not chiseled in stone. It is NOT certain that AMAT will earn $4.00+ in FY98, it is just an "educated" guess.
