Harry, I believe COMS closing price on the 27th was about 64 9/16, open on the 28th was 13 3/8. Any other number for the 27th close would be an adjusted number and post or pre market generally aren't liquid enough to provide a reliable valuation. So that's why I think the 28th open is the right value to use. FWIW...Alski
