Then scenario 1 is the correct one. Intel shipped a bad CPU, forgot to ship a motherboard, and has the audacity to introduce defective products. Says a lot about their Quality Control department. Two successes out of three tries may work for you, but the rest of us consider this to be a dismal record. If you paid $4K for a system, would you like it if, the system was missing the motherboard upon arrival? Would you like it if, your new system must be underclocked to 850 MHz to work properly? Would you like it if, your 1133 MHz system would fail to boot? Would you complain if, your new Corvette came with a 1.3 liter Geo Metro engine instead of the 5.7 Liter V8 it was supposed to come with?

FACE IT! INTEL FAILED!!!!
