Molloy, the discussion between you and Ruffian's friend was very interesting, particularly the talk about the European approval process. It sounds bureaucratic, burdensome and lengthy. In view of the fact that UMTS seems to be delayed in Europe, what do you consider the prospects to be for an easing in the approval process, particularly if Spinco can assist the Euros in getting their gig going in a timely manner? Is the Q so hated that the door to Europe will be closed for a significant period of time? I'm sure that there will be a break in the dam at some point but I'd like to hear your thoughts on the subject. Thanks.
