AMAT, KLAC, and NVLS are industry leaders in leading edge technology and market share leaders. SVGI and UTEK are niche players in lithography. UTEK is the major player in trailing edge steppers, and SVGI is the technology leader in steppers, but it has a very small market share and questions linger about its ability to increase production volume. The current prices of UTEK and SVGI reflect a greater level of uncertainty about the future earnings stream than exists for the industry leaders. I will let Andrew address the question of whether the uncertainty is completely justified.
