Yes, my father bought a 3500 sq. ft. house on a quarter acre, and he has hardly any side or back yards, and his porch is obnoxiously close to the porches of other houses......That was about ten years ago, when what my wife and I used to call "Exu-houses" were all the rage, and came in various sizes and various sized lots, for various income levels, while having remarkably similar facades.......
