UIS recommended on CNBC. Same applies to BMCS.Guest host on Squawk box was speaking with Mark Haines about his "pick" and the guest host went on to talk about a true "value" pick.

Guest host went on to say that UIS is currently undervalued because of recent top line and earnings shortfall for 2Q but that the stock is priced below even the current value of UIS's SERVICES business alone and carries a P/E of 7 times. He believes the stock should be priced around $25 to $30 and that their has been previous takeover rumors and would be a good fit for SEIMENS or a DUETCHE TELECOM and then went on to say that even IBM or HP might be interested in UIS at this low price.

He mentioned that Unisys had this new "super server" coming to market that is positioned to compete against SUN at about 1/3 the cost and that MICROSOFT has UNISYS as it's main partner as MICROSOFT tries to move from just desktop computing to the DATACENTER where the future resides.

Of cource the Mark Haines made some snide comment about "value picks" not really working out in this type of market. The gusest host then said that the market psycology is changing and are looking for tech companies that are into the internet and who actually have billions of dollars of revenue and real earnings.
