TL - During the last 12 months, 4 insiders bought, none sold. I believe the last buy was in Jan in the 4+ range, before that in November: 4+http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/s-7559/reply-67 The following site is excellent to trace insider transactions: insidertrader.com My current opinion on the company is that downside is limited, there is risk associated with their carbon fiber facility and that the company looks like a seasonal play - buying in fall and selling during the golf show ( I believe in Jan or early Feb) - there was a post about this earlier: techstocks.com Good luck!, Gary
