from an email on one of my longs KNSC. Excellent DD job by writer.

Dear Market Millionaires Member,

With the start of a new week, we invite you to take a serious look at a stock we think may stir up some momentum and upside movement in the coming weeks. The company is Voice and Wireless Corp.(KNSC.ob).
This stock is steadily forming higher highs and higher lows and with the rumored release of several key PR's over the coming weeks, the stock looks to trend much higher. The great thing about Voice and Wireless is that it trades well on thin volume and so with just a few investors getting word of this company's fascinating progress, the stock will soar almost immediately.

Please consider the following report outlining our own justifications for the Strong Buy indications on KNSC.ob

Voice and Wireless Corp (KNSC.ob)

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

- Wireless Ear Bud to be introduced to the market early in the fall.

- Name and symbol change to reflect business change

- Flash Enabled site on the Wireless Ear Bud scheduled for release

- Stroke of Fortune to be installed in various Golf Courses starting in August

Editor's note:

The opportunity presented here is one which I believe holds strong future potential. We believe that what we have here is a very strong company in the making with three key technologies -- with the addition of a stable, income generating non technology based business through Ives Design Inc. subsidiary -- which will continue to recreate the wireless industry. Additionally, with future products
in the pipelines and talks of several additional ventures, I expect that as soon as we have the institutionals step in, the stock will soar easily to the $7-10 range very shortly.
Our objective here is to notify you of an opportunity which may, shortly become non-existent. If you look at the volume and chart direction, you'll know that the company has been slowly emerging into the spotlight. It is our opinion that KNSC will not remain at current levels within a week
of this profile. I encourage you to look at this company and judge for yourself the potential.

Corporate Information
---------------------------------
Voice and Wireless Corp, formally known as Kensington Intl. has strategically shifted focus in the past year to enable unique wireless solutions which will dramatically shift the company's revenue stream and business model over the coming quarters.

Mark Haggerty, president of Voice and Wireless Corporation, stated that ``the name change reflects the Company's new direction. In the future, while still manufacturing commercial fixtures and computer kiosks, it will focus on the communications business-to-business Internet and wireless environment by emphasizing advanced Internet
and wireless related communication services and products. Management is of the opinion that its Mail Call text-to-voice email retrieval service is the industry best and that its new patent pending 'wireless ear-bud' will also be the best in the industry.''

Mail Call, Inc. uses advanced text-to-speech technology to read E-mail over a telephone without a computer. Subscribers simply call a toll-free number, 888-MAILCALL, and log in with their personalized customer ID and PIN code. The Mail Call service will then tell them, in a computerized voice, how many E-mail messages are in their existing E-mail box, and then read the headers for each message. The user may respond directly to the sender using their natural voice on
the phone or with a pre-existing text response. In addition, the user may forward the message to someone else in his or her address book, or send the E-mail to a FAX machine. The user may also initiate voice E-mails from their address book, or give the sender a phone number at which the subscriber can be reached. A video and audio demonstration
may be seen and heard at mailcall.com .

The Company has acquired 100% of the rights to the patent pending ``wireless ear-bud'' developed by Dr. Barry Voroba, C.E.O. of MicroTalk Technologies and former president of Bausch & Lomb Hearing Systems Division. The patent that is pending on the ``wireless ear-bud'' system has over 40 claims. The ``wireless ear-bud'' system is placed in the outer ``bowl'' or concha of the ear and permits hands
free use of any cellular phone. The ``wireless ear-bud'' system also provides privacy listening for any multimedia computer or stereo system as well as most televisions on the market today. Dr. Voroba invented and patented the first soft hearing aid and owns the patents for the ``low feedback wireless telephone'' and the ``compactwireless telephone.''

The July 1999 issue of Business 2.0 magazine, page 149, stated that 3 percent of the world's population uses the Internet (171,200,000 people) and has at least one e-mail address. International Data Corp. estimates that this number will increase to a billion users by the year 2010. Business 2.0 (July 1999) stated that there are 94,100,000 Americans online and that figure is estimated to increase to
142,000,000 Americans by 2005. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there are 86 million cell phone subscribers in the United States using their cell phones while driving (Investors Business Daily, March 8, 2000).

It is Kensington's opinion that if the ``wireless ear-bud'' sold for $49.00 and penetrated 1% of the United States market, with no sales in Asia or Europe, the Company could generate $42,140,000 in revenues. Mark Haggerty stated, ``The market for the 'wireless ear-bud' is big in the United States, but it is bigger overseas because driving with hand-held cell phones are banned in parts of Australia,
Austria, Belgium, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain and Switzerland.'' Based upon an estimated price of $49 with a 5% market penetration in the countries just mentioned, plus the estimated 1% penetration in the USA, it's estimated that annual revenues of the Kensington ``wireless ear-bud'' could exceed
$100,000,000. Jerry Ramlet, vice president of marketing for both Kensington and Mail Call, stated that ``the 'wireless ear-bud' works with any existing analog or digital cell phone in existence today so users don't have to purchase new phones.'' The Company is hopeful that these projections of estimated sales will occur because it feels that its international patents will be granted.

--------------------------------

Fundamental Analysis: The Products that will Accelerate Voice and Wireless Inc.'s Growth

Mailcall: Text-to-speech technology at its best
-------------

Voice and Wireless has an 86% majority interest in Mail Call.

Mail Calls' sophisticated text-to-speech e-mail retrieval system provides simple telephone access to the messages, documents and information we need but can't always get to a computer to retrieve. Mail Call's customers dial a toll free number, connect to Mail Call's automated system, and, hear their e-mail as Mail Call's automated voice reads their messages to them. Then, without a keyboard or computer, the customer may respond verbally (leaving a voice response, in their own voice, as though sending a voice mail) to the
e-mail. Mail Call delivers the "voice" e-mail as a return message to the sender. The user may also respond by sending a text message or by forwarding the e-mail message to a FAX machine anywhere in North America. Based upon Kensington/Mail Call's technology a person could be on an airplane, retrieve his or her emails and respond to them in
their own voice or FAX the full text of their emails to their hotel room. Mail Call is offered in English and Spanish, but has the capabilities to be converted to almost any language.

Mail Call's service is very economical. The standard price of Mail Call is just $7.95 a month with 30 minutes included. Additional minutes are $.19. Mail Call has other plans that cater to the needs of all types of customers. A Mail Call customer does not have to purchase or lease any hardware or software to access their e-mail.

You don't even need a computer to have an e-mail address with Mail Call. Any of you who are interested can hear a demo of the Mail Call service by dialling (888)MAIL-CAL and entering "1#" when asked for a customer ID. We tried this and were very pleased with the results.

Voice and Wireless also has partnership agreements with GTE,
Concentric Networks, Net2Phone, Casio, and Covad Communications, which also licence the technology to their pool of customers at a slight discount.

The Wireless Ear Bud: A technology which will take Voice and Wireless to the Next Level
--------------------

As interesting and exciting as Mailcall is, with the rights to the wireless ear bud technology, KNSC will propel to the forefront of the wireless industry by providing a safe and economical alternative to dangerous cell phones on the roads. The wireless ear-bud technology will allow an automobile driver to drive their cars and use their
cell phones "hands free" with no wires. An investment made back in March 2000 has what we believe, paid off. Kensington was granted the exclusive agreement to purchase all rights, including patents and the molds, to a new wireless phone technology from Dr. Voroba and MicroTalk Technologies. Dr. Voroba is the former President of the Bausch & Lomb Hearing Systems Division and filed the first patent on the soft shell hearing aid. The patents are pending on the "wireless
ear-bud" system which has over 40 claims. The "wireless ear-bud" system is placed in the outer "bowl" or concha of the ear and permits hands free use of any cellular phone. The "wireless ear-bud" system also provides privacy listening for any multimedia computer or stereo system as well as most televisions on the market today.

Just how big is this? Well over 500 million people use cell phones and that number is growing. That's more than 5 times the amount of people on the net. This "ear bud" could possibly save many unnecessary car accidents and fatalities due to it being "hands free". Many countries have already banned the use of cell phones in vehicles making this product marketable around the globe.

Here is a look at some countries that have cell phone restrictions.
Australia: Victoria and New South Wales, have banned the use of hand-held mobile phones while driving... Austria: Hand-held phone use banned ...Belgium: In process of making law ...Brazil: Has legislation against cell phone use while driving ...Britain: Has legislation against cell phone use while driving ...Chile: Has legislation against cell phone use while driving ...Finland: Survey completed recently. Older legislation against wireless devices may cover cell phones... Germany... Israel: Has legislation against hand-
held cell phone use while driving .. Italy: Has legislation against cell phone use while driving... Japan: Legislation came into effect on November 1, 1999... Netherlands: Member of Parliament currently working on a proposal ...Norway: Hand-held mobile phones banned after March 15. 2000. After March 15, all phones in cars must be "hands free" and firmly mounted - for instance on the dashboard.... Portugal: Has legislation against hand-held car phone use ...South
Africa: Has legislation against hand-held car phone use ...Spain: Has legislation against cell phone use while driving and Switzerland: Has legislation against use of hand-held wireless phones.

The opportunity which exists here is truly fascinating. Just recently, a Danish company bought out another company with similar technology as the ear bud for $75 million, except that company's product was connected to a wire, similar to those see on the Radio Shack commercials with Howie Long. The KNSC product is totally "WIRELESS". So what is that worth? Well we do know that a $75 million figure for KNSC is $12 share a 400% increase from trading levels now and that's not including the Mailcall technology,Stroke
of Fortune or the profitable Ives Design furniture business.

Stroke of Fortune: What all amateur golf players want and need -------------------------------------------------------------
Voice & Wireless has recently provided the final funding necessary for Stroke of Fortune Inc. to complete the installation of its first of five wide-angle, wireless electronic monitoring systems at various golf courses. Three of the systems have been utilized as beta test sites over the last eighteen months. Testing was successfully
completed during the last week of June. The other two systems will be complete by August 1st in North Carolina. Revenues from the systems should commence during August.

The wireless monitoring system covers 180 degrees of a field of view and functions in all kinds of weather. The cameras are monitored by a host computer at the course and simultaneously transmit wirelessly to the central monitoring computer in Minnesota. Stroke of Fortune's central monitoring computer system allows for wireless monitoring of
any location in the world. The applications are numerous and include security monitoring. The first five commercial applications will be on golf courses. On the golf course, the system can monitor rate of play, security, and video a golfer hitting a ball and where it lands on the green. ``Golf course owners view the system as multi-purpose,
including being a significant revenue generator,'' stated Chris Edwards, executive vice president of Stroke of Fortune, Inc.

The revenue generating aspect of the system is where the camera videos the golfer's tee shot, the golf ball's flight to the green, and documents where the ball lands on the green. If the golf ball lands within ten feet, or less, of the pin, then the golfer receives a gift certificate for the pro shop. The golfer wins a cash prize if the player gets a hole in one. Any golfer whose ball lands within six
feet, or less, of the pin earns the right to play in a $1,000,000 annual ``Closest-to-the-Pin'' Tournament.

Typically, the golf courses will charge extra during the first year and then go to a system where every player is charged as part of the greens fee. Stroke of Fortune will receive from $1 to $3 per player and Voice & Wireless will receive seven (7%) percent of those gross revenues for as long as Stroke of Fortune operates the wireless
monitoring systems.

With no advertising, the company is said to have now over 100 courses interested in the system. To me, this is just the beginning. This system is easy and exciting enough that it could have a 50% saturation amongst both public and private courses in the next 5 years. According to GolfMagazine.com, they have info on over 20,000
golf courses so there are that many courses to be pursued.

I hear the breakdown of the $4 charge is $3 to the company and $1 to the course. So my basic estimates ...lets say "1000 courses are participating" with an average of 50 participants a day at $3 a pop...is $150,000 a DAY in net revenues. Over $1 million dollars a week! 1000 courses is just a 5% saturation. Voice & Wireless gets 7% of profits lifetime on the service. Well, what if the company is
bought out? They still get 7%. Stroke of Fortune is a win - win situation for the players, the courses, the company and Voice and Wireless Corp.

Here is a great article on the Closest to the Pin Tourney that this Wireless System will enable:
crittendengolfinc.com

The partners recently announced plans to offer the system to golf courses around the country, after successfully completing test runs late last month at Turtle Creek Golf Club in Rockledge, Fla., Cypress Creek Country Club in Orlando, Fla., and Bel-Air Greens in Palm Springs, Calif. Developed by Stroke of Fortune, the system positions
cameras on the course that cover a 180-degree field of vision and transmit images wirelessly to a central computer at the company's Minneapolis headquarters. In addition to conducting contests, the system monitors rate of play and works as a security camera.

"The nice thing about it is that the system can start generating revenue for the golf course right away," said Mark Haggerty, president of Voice & Wireless Corp., which provided the final funding for Stroke of Fortune to install the first five systems. Haggerty said the system and its installation are free to golf courses - at least the first 100 that sign up for a contract. Voice & Wireless and
Stroke of Fortune have yet to decide what to charge for continued service. It's likely they'll make that decision after the first year of operation, with one possibility being to split the cost of the equipment and service with the golf course, he said.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS -

52-Week Low
on 18-Nov-1999 $1.156
Recent Price $2.75
52-Week High
on 10-Mar-2000 $8.75
Market Capitalization $23.4M
Shares Outstanding 8.53M (half are restricted)
Float 5.50M (rumor is that it's under 500k)

The stock is currently in an accumulation phase after a strong and significant run up. All technical signs indicate the following:

- Higher highs, followed by higher lows. We expect the next level for new support will be formed at the $5 level once KNSC breaks $3.25

- Short term Moving Averages are set to break long-term MA's which indicates a long term up trend over the next several months. We predict at the current trend, the stock will hit prices of $7.50 in late August, early September.

- RSI indicates that the stock has not been overbought and is approaching levels where it may be oversold soon.

- MACD is positive at a level of 0.11, indicating a positive cycle.

By now, you must be asking, "If KNSC is such a great company, why has the stock price been stagnant?" It's a good question and the answers are quite simple as well.

For one, MM's (momentum traders) have kept the stock price low by shorting the stock. These people are the same ones who drove the stock from $0.25 to $8, and the same ones who brought it down.
However, what one must take into consideration is that KNSC moves on very little volume. As such, the number of momentum traders who continue to short the stock do so for no sound fundamental reason; they do it for the simple fact that very few know about the company.

The point here is this: Once market interest in the stock starts to take place, the same MM's that hurt the stock previously will be the ones propelling it to new highs. With the large spreads and thin trading, all KNSC needs is a few astute and keen investors to take positions and the stock can move into the $5-10 range.

As soon as the volume picks up, the rest will follow. KNSC is profitable and this is why it will be able to raise interest in its stock through the marketing of the new ear-bud. Once the ear-bud PR is released, and investor interest is spurred, don't look for the stock to turn back. One can fully expect the stock volume to increase to the 100,000 shares/day level within a month.
