Yeah, it's been a tough period for MTSN shareholders. Merger news came at the very beginning of this semi downturn. Compare MTSN to the rest of the cap equip companies and you will notice they are all down, with MTSN leading them down. I would guess that MTSN is near the bottom in percentage losses lately, down from the 50s to the teens. If you like the sector and have a lot of patience, MTSN should be very appealing. If you are looking for trading positions, it's been tougher to call with MTSN, IMO.

I've dropped a few MTSN shares in my long term port. I'll triple my position if they drop below 15.
